Regular Aerial Yoga Class “only better” because it is celebrating Galentine’s Day; a holiday about joy, laughter, fun and women! This year gather your best girlfriends together and celebrate the awesomeness of the ladies in your life. Don’t let this holiday pass by without your gals by your side. Aerial Yoga offers those new to aerial to get their feet off the ground and become familiar with the aerial hammock. With the support of the hammock you will be guided through various stretches, poses and have the opportunity to invert if comfortable to do so. This class will end with the most blissful savasana floating in the silk.
Come dressed in comfortable clothing with no zippers or jewelry to protect you and the hammock. Socks or bare feet only in studio.
Please arrive early to complete a waiver. Doors will be closed 10 minutes after class start time. The first 15 minutes are to get signed in and fitted for your hammock. The class then runs an hour in length.
‼️Must be 13 or older to attend. If under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
💸 Cost of this class is $30 for one or $50 for two while space allows.
