We’ll make our own soothing and scented sugar body scrub and savor in relaxing and soothing fragrances.
Plus, indulge in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and more as you journey into a state of deep rest and relaxation with Dr. Ree Newton of Bound 2 Rize. With expertise in mindfulness, sound bath meditation, other self-care and wellness modalities, Dr. Newton empowers individuals and groups to achieve balance and inner peace.
