Event Description
Celebrate Galentine’s Day the SheFighter way — with strength, sweat, and sisterhood.
This special Galentine’s Day class is all about empowerment, confidence, and connection. You’ll train alongside your girls in a fun, high-energy SheFighter session that blends boxing, kickboxing, self-defense drills, yoga and mindset work — no experience needed.
Agenda:
- 45 min SheFighter Class Self-Defense & SheCombo (Kickboxing)
- 45 min Yoga Class
- 30 min Networking
Expect:
- Partner-based drills (bring a friend or make one here 💕)
- Confidence-building combinations
- A supportive, hype-filled environment

How to Prepare :
- Wear Socks or barefoot
- Bring your water Bottle
- Bring your Yoga Mat if you have one
