Join me for a fun 2 hour class to learn to decorate your own Valentine themed cookies! PLUS build your own charcuterie cup with Grazing Buffalo!
I provide everything you will need from cookies to icing, and a box to take your awesome creations home in. Each to-be-decorator gets 6 cookies, 3 icing colors, and my royal icing recipe. Everything is prepped right before class – so no baking or icing mixing required. Just decorate!
This class is a beginner/intermediate class for ages 18+.
Everyone who is decorating must purchase their own ticket.
The class will be held at The Plan Room located at 2075 Kenmore Avenue, Buffalo NY 14207. Nervous about the parking situation? Don’t be! Parking is pretty easy - There is a lot in the front of the building (facing Kenmore Ave) or a side lot! Please enter the front door of the building & I will meet you there!

Allergens: Heads up – these cookies include the following ingredients: Butter, sugar, eggs, almond & vanilla extract, powdered sugar, food coloring, meringue powder and corn syrup.
Please note – these cookies are prepared in a kitchen that also bakes with common, known allergens: eggs, fish, nuts, etc.

Class Cancellation Policy: Classes may be cancelled at the discretion of me, the event host. This rarely happens – but in that extremely rare event that it does, you’ll receive a 100% refund including your eventbrite fees.
Classes with attendance below 8 will be canceled. Don’t be sad! You can either have your ticket moved to a future class (along with my apologies), or a full refund! I’ll let you know if your class has low attendance 7 days before the event is canceled so that you can bring a friend (hint hint) or find other plans for that day.
Weather Policy: Sometimes Jack Frost doesn’t play well with cookie class schedules, and Mother Nature seems to be takin’ notes. In the event of inclement weather, I’ll contact you with options – these may differ depending on the weather event but rest assured – we’ll figure something out!
Fees: Your ticket price includes your ticket fees; however, Eventbrite does not refund its fees. If you cancel your ticket and request a refund prior to the cancelation window expiring, I’ll happily give you a refund less the eventbrite fee – since I don’t get this fee back either. Eventbrite keeps it regardless of whether you show up or cancel. I know – I hate it too!
