Drinking a warm cup of cacao in ceremony as a community opens + connects the heart; embodies feelings of gratitude, grounds, and deepens the meditative experience.
The cacao we will enjoy has been hand grown, harvested, and molded by small, local Mayan collectives in Guatemala using organic farming methods as they infuse it from seed to cup with pure intention.
The ceremonial drink will be made with water and warming spices such as cinnamon, cayenne and cardamom and will be enjoyed together in community before the guided meditation and individual readings, led by Peruvian Shamanic practitioner + Holy Fire Reiki Master, Andrea Brinkman-Waterbury.
This amplified experience will help to activate the body's natural healing system, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed, renewed and physically + mentally aligned.
