Start the day with a rejuvenating yoga session, perfect for all levels, even those who have never done yoga. Expect a relaxing, full body stretch and deep release of tension and stress. Please bring a yoga mat. None will be provided unless previous arrangements have been made.
FREE acupuncture: If you opt in during check in at the event, you will be given acupuncture during savasana - courtesy of Rein from LBI Acupuncture/Blessed Roots Wellness
