About this Event
We'll start by shaking our way to happy with Melinda in a 30 minute Turn Up Dance Fitness sesh. Turn Up Dance Fitness lives loudly, dances ruthlessly, and moves unapologetically. Known for its inclusive atmosphere, strong community, and therapeutic release, what better way to kick off the the party!
Now get ready to rock! Stephanie will lead you thorough a 30 minute POUND Rockout.Workout. This cardio jam-session is designed to release the rockstar within us promote total mind and body fitness while you become the music. A full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training.
Next enjoy 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga with Stacey who will lead us through relaxing poses without strain leaving us feeling complete and fully supported. This practice will be a great balance to our active morning of shaking and rocking out.
Let this 90 minutes be a gift to yourself. A time to enjoy yourself while being with like minded people in a supportive space. Shed the winter blues, the hustle and bustle of a daily routine and have some fun.
This event is at HallSpace, an art gallery in Dorchester. HallSpace exhibits work by emerging and distinguished artists and designers. Make time to check out the current exhibit while at this amazing location.

Dress in comfortable/active clothing.

We are a 5 minute walk from the JFK/U Mass stop on the MBTA red line.
Parking on street is available and free on Sundays. There are limited parking spots on site. Please confirm with Stephanie that you are in a legal spot in our parking lot.
