Grab your girls and get ready for a Galentine’s workout like no other! We’re taking over The Foundation Gym in Westport for a fun, high-energy sweat session led by four badass trainers:

🥊 Tiana will have you throwing hands (in the best way) with some boxing drills.

💪 Kristina is all about strength—get ready to lift and feel powerful.

🔥 Paola & Norma are bringing the heat with a heart-pumping HIIT session.

This is your sign to throw on something pink or red, show up for yourself, and move with an amazing group of women! Come break a sweat, vibe with us, and enjoy some well-deserved girl time. We want to make this event accessible for everyone, so it's a pay-what-you-can workout 🎀
