Mark you calendars for Tuesday, February 10 from 5:30—7:30 pm at McAdoo’s. It’s our version of an upscale tag sale. Do you have a style icon? Always wanted to shop someone’ closet? This is your chance to clean out your closet and support NB Women GO. Special cocktails will be $11 each and snacks will be available. There will be dressing rooms as well. Most of us have some clothing in our closet with tags still on it or some items you have worn once and decided they were not for you. NB Women GO will be accepting you donations of new or almost new clothing, shoes, handbags and jewelry for this event. We will sort through and curate a fun sale featuring a variety of sizes and styles. The evening of the event we will lead with our longest and strongest fashion pieces in the sale and have a reserve stash to fill in. The items will be priced at $20 and $40, with a possibility of some high-end designer pieces priced higher. All items remaining at the end of the night will be donated to several of the local non-profit thrift stores.
After you purge your closet, you can drop off your donation at 598 N. Union, Suite 320 (across from Christus Hospital) on the following dates and times:
Wednesday, January 14th—1-3 pm
Monday, January 26th—9am-noon
Thursday, February 5th—4-6 pm
You may bring items to our January 20th luncheon as well.
You may leave items on hangers.
