This is a fantastic, imaginative meditative journey and one you're sure to enjoy.My name is Alisa Coleman, I’m your meditation facilitator and founder of Triangle Healing and will be your host and guide for the evening. I have been channeling and holding meditations for several years and absolutely love the journeys we go on. My meditations include a spiritual clearing, grounding and blessing allowing a deep and full, relaxation experience.
Using the energy of crystals helps to deepen your meditation, enhancing your experience and provides a greater opportunity for healing. Consider holding a crystal while you meditate.
After the meditation, there will be an opportunity to reflect on your experience, enjoy a hot drink and a chocolate, and if you’d like, select an oracle card. Should you feel tempted, Triangles shop will be open with crystals, jewellery and other treasures available for purchase.
Meditation cost is $25 per person. The evening lasts around two hours with just over an hour being the meditation itself. Spaces are strictly limited to 6 people, so PM me to hold your spot.
You are more than welcome to bring along your own special crystal/s to meditate with ? I will have blankets, cushions and seating available, but again please feel free to bring a pillow/blanket etc that you enjoy relaxing with.
