Do you feel drawn to the cosmos, higher frequencies, or contact with inter dimensional beings? If so, this is the meditation for you!
During this meditation you will be guided into a relaxed state using the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls. You will be rising into a higher state of consciousness through the use of breath and sound vibrations. In this state, we will be inviting in higher cosmic frequencies and receiving guidance from our higher dimensional guides. We will then open ourselves to communication from higher dimensional beings.
Janessa will bring through a light language transmission and channel her own guides throughout the meditation.
Come practice raising your own consciousness or just come for a relaxing evening "under the stars"
