An Evening with Women’s Support Motueka – Gala, Art Auction & Dinner

Join us for an inspiring evening of art, connection, and purpose – all in support of local women and families on their journey to safety and healing.
The Women’s Support Motueka Gala is a meaningful fundraising event dedicated to raising essential funds for women and families in our community affected by family harm. The evening will feature both silent and live auctions, showcasing a stunning collection of artworks generously donated by talented local artists. Each piece reflects the creativity, strength, and spirit of our region.
Guests will enjoy a gourmet three-course dinner, curated by Chef Carol Shirley and showcasing the finest local produce, with some ingredients kindly donated by generous local businesses. A selection of alcoholic (wine and beer) and non-alcoholic beverages is included in your ticket.
The night continues with live entertainment from Cover Me, a high-energy band known for bringing the party to life. With an incredible line-up of hits and anthems from across the decades, Cover Me features some of New Zealand’s finest musicians, Trudi Wilson (vocals and keys), Mark McKenzie (vocals and guitar), Luke Wilkes (vocals and bass), and Jim Boyden (drums), now based in Nelson. Their upbeat performance will have you singing along and dancing the night away.
All proceeds will go directly to Women’s Support Motueka, supporting our work in providing free advocacy, counselling, and a safe space for women and families facing challenges and hardship.
