Brandon 'Bear' is the original inspiration for the creation of Bear-O Care. At 27 years old, he is deaf/blind, tube-fed, diapered, nonverbal, and requires his intestines to be flushed every other night through a port entering his abdomen. He continues to be happy as can be and enjoys the community outings, friends, and freedom to do what he wants each day at Bear-O Care in the day program, then heads to Bear-O Care Homes where he is supported by staff to live as independently as possible while having his physical needs addressed.

At age 69, David is our oldest client and definitely the most die-hard Ute fan you will ever meet! Dave decided he didn't want to live in a nursing home, so he resides at Bear-O Care Homes where he has his own room, heads out to bowl or see a movie, decides what his day will look like, helps decorate the house for the holidays & watches sports with his friends. Staff meet his medical & physical needs, helping him enjoy life to the fullest!
