That's why we created Gainz & Grounds: a FREE monthly meetup for women who want coffee, conversation, and genuine connection.
WHAT IS GAINZ & GROUNDS?
A judgment-free space for women to gather, connect authentically, and walk together at beautiful parks across the Atlanta area. No pressure. No performance. Just real community.
Think: coffee date + walking meditation + making new friends who actually get it.
Every second Saturday. 9:00 AM. New location each month.

3140 Old 41 Hwy NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144
🎯 Meet at: Main pavilion (near the playground)
🚗 Parking: Free parking available in main lot
WHAT WE'LL DO:
☕️ 9:00-9:15 AM: Arrival & coffee connection
💬 9:15-9:30 AM: Welcome circle & introductions
👟 9:30-10:30 AM: Group walk (1.5-2 miles around the loop)
📸 10:30-10:45 AM: Closing circle & community photo
💛 10:45 AM+: Optional extended hangout

We explore different beautiful parks in and around the Atlanta area each month so more women can join us closer to home. From Kennesaw to Midtown to the BeltLine—we're bringing community to YOU.
