This class is for beginner and intermediate athletes who want to get stronger, improve mobility, & deepen their knowledge of resistance training.Participants will go through a warm up, exercise demonstrations, and then complete a circuit. The circuit will involve body weight exercises, dumbbells, resistance bands, swiss balls, and other pieces of equipment.
We'll have on some music for motivation, and alternative movements will be given for people with injuries or varying fitness levels.
Your coach will be Dibs. A new resident on the island who has been training people for 7 years across multiple continents.
This class is body neutral, and inclusive of all ages, genders, and abilities.
