About this Event
Each year we host an all inclusive wellness retreat in the great outdoors to trigger healing and spark inspiration. What does wellness mean to you and what does it look like? These are just a couple of the tough questions we search out the answers for in a safe space infused with feminity and magic while holding compassion for ourselves in one hand and compassion for humanity in the other. We also love a good challenge so be prepared for some physical activity.
This year we will be once again spending our time on the Black Water River focused on restoration with mindfulness and nurturing ourselves thru what we consume. You can expect to overcome challenges thru guided shadow working activies, decadent and delicious plant powered food to keep you going, mindfulness and movement to bring balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit.
