On the group rate, all monies paid to Carnival before the final payment due date are fully refundable. When you see ads for Carnival touting a great rate (and some of them are very much so), remember among the terms and conditions that are usually connected to that rate include a non-refundable deposit. And, Victor will also check with you individually to see if there are any other promotions or discounts that would apply to your booking.
