The Gabriola Island Lands Stewards Society AGM will take place on Monday, April 7 at the AGI Hall.A traditional welcome will be offered by Snuneymuxw Elder C-tas:a -- Geraldine Manson.
Heather Pritchard, an experienced organic farmer and co-op developer, will be the guest speaker. Heather encourages alternative forms of land ownership and fosters long-term food security. Heather will talk about the nuts and bolts of starting a co-op.
Following Heather's talk, we'll complete the usual official AGM business.
