On July 19th at 2 PM, park staff will be installing a memorial plaque for Gabriel Lottis on a bench at Luther Burbank Park. We are gathering to reflect on his living memory and observe his passing 5 years ago.The bench is located in the field southeast of Calkins Point Beach Park. Gabe and the Lottis family spent many afternoons here playing and enjoying life.
All are welcome to attend. Picnic food will be provided. Bring your own chairs and favorite outdoor games.
Parking is limited; Overflow parking available at the Mercer Island Community Center.
