𝗠ø𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗻𝘃æ𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿:
Michael Hibbert – tidligere musiker, nu fuldtids vinentusiast. Hans rejse med naturvin begyndte i London med en flaske delt med Christian Tschida og tog virkelig fart, da han blev en del af Pompette i 2021. Som Wine Manager kuraterer og understøtter han den løbende udvikling, der sikrer, at Pompettes vinhylder (og glas) forbliver interessante!
Sara Montalto – oprindeligt fra Milano. Sara har de sidste fem år været dybt engageret i naturvinens verden. En musikbesat sommelier der ser en dyb forbindelse mellem uafhængig musik og den rå DIY-ånd, der præger naturvinen.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀:
Michael Hibbert – once a musician, now a full-time wine devotee. His natural wine journey started in London with a late-night bottle shared by Christian Tschida and truly took off when he joined Pompette in 2021. Now, as Wine Manager, he curates the ever-evolving selection that keeps our shelves (and glasses) interesting.
Sara Montalto – originally from Milan, Sara has spent the last five years immersed in the world of natural wine. A music-obsessed sommelier, she sees a deep connection between independent music and the raw, DIY spirit of natural wine.
