Consult the City Hall! Baltimore City's Bureau of the Budget and Management Research (BBMR) is planning for Fiscal Year 2026's (which begins on July 1, 2025 and ends on June 30, 2026) operating budget.
We want to know your priorities. They inform City Hall leaders to make decisions on the budget and resource allocation, so that city services can be improved.
