We’re blending Anna’s restorative sound bath meditation with Monet’s signature Future Self Vision Board Activation for a one-of-a-kind January reset, creating the perfect energetic container for clarity, intention, and new-year alignment.
We’ll begin with Monet’s teaching on vision boards and how to turn desire into direction—exploring the neuroscience and intuition behind effective vision boarding, why most people create them incorrectly, and how to transform your desires into clear, directional energy that your brain can actually follow.
Then you’ll settle in as Anna’s sound bath merges with Monet’s guided future-self visualization, helping you access the deeper clarity and intuitive knowing that make your vision feel both grounded and possible.
Once you’re aligned and inspired, we’ll shift into the creative portion of the night: your vision board activation. All materials will be provided, and you’ll have guided support as you bring your future self and intentions to life visually, all while creating to the powerful, resonant soundscape of Anna’s continued sound bath, amplifying intuition, clarity, and emotional connection as you build your board.
We’ll close the evening with a final grounding breath together, sealing in your direction and sending you into the new year with purpose and momentum.
