Ah yes - Third Party Risk Management
How can we find a way to manage third party risk management from policy down to specific controls. One appraoch is to take into account the various frameworks and standards that are currently part of all our lives:
- DORA
- NIS2
- NIST CSF v2.0
- ISO 27001:2022
- SOC 2
We can also use some tools from the ISACA Toolbox such as COBIT 2019 and the DIgital Trust Ecosystem Framework (DTEF)
This will be a one day simulation where participating teams will be challenged on making strategic decisions (future proof) prioritising budgets, selecting controls and putting in place structures fit to survive the next legislative tsunami….
This event follows on from and adds to the previous Chapter Risk Simulations offerings in which you as the participants will be challenged as to your decision-making skills in terms of how you manage challenges thrown at an organisation.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided.
This event will attract eight verified CPE's and an attendance certificate
