Aniela Fidler-Wieruszewska FRSADesigner, Researcher and Strategist will be chairing 5 sessions to engage and research with teenagers regarding the Future of Fashion.
Bio: Aniela is a creative researcher and design strategist specialising in relatable storytelling and futures thinking, backed by a proven record in executing international socio-ecological projects that have earned me multiple awards such as Kering Award x Alexander McQueen (Winner), Emerging Maker Award, Radcliffe Trust & Cockpit Arts (Winner), Royal Society of Arts SDA, Brief: ’For the Long Time (Winner), Lexus Design Award, Brief: 'Design for a Better Tomorrow’ (Semi - Finalist).She provides sustainability consulting for movers and shakers: designers, early-stage innovators and start-ups + other players with a spark, helping bring ideas to life. In her PhD research at Glasgow Caledonian University (London), she delves into eco-anxiety and how humans experience changeShe has a passion for bringing about innovations and mindsets geared to do ‘better’.
This dynamic program includes 5 sessions packed with interactive experiences. Guided by the researcher and visiting industry professionals, sessions will centre around sustainable fashion, textile making, innovative future thinking and creative problem-solving, inspiring participants to exchange valuable insights and rethink the role of fashion in their lives.
