What kind of leader are you? Are you comfortable speaking in front of an audience? Have you ever had to persuade someone or debate your side of an argument? The Future Leaders Workshop is a perfect opportunity to improve your leadership and communication skills. The Public Speaking portion of the workshop provides guidance in the process of effective speech writing and tips for public speaking. In the Debate portion, campers research current events and issues, practice communicating their ideas and values, and engage each other in insightful discussions to prepare for a final debate. The last day of the workshop includes a celebration with speeches and debates.
Registration Process: To register and secure your spot for workshops, please print and return the Registration Form. Additionally, all students are required to return the Emergency Form, Waiver, Photo Form, and if needed, the Medication Administration Form.
