About the Presenter – Rachel Pader:
"Hi there, my name is Rachel Pader.
I'd consider myself a dynamic and passionate speaker who loves to be inspired and also loves to inspire others. I have a heart dedicated to changing lives as I specialize in quarterly goal setting because if you don't have a map, where are you really going? I host annual events just for women to learn and grow together. I am also a real estate appraiser, where I get to interact with and learn from total strangers on a daily basis, and last, but certainly not least, my forever partner and I own a real estate rental business where we buy forgotten homes in urban locations, and turn them into clean, safe, and affordable living spaces.
What is my mission: to be anything but average.
The world changes when we all light up together, so it's time to grow, shine, and build together.
As for my non-profit, I am deeply obsessed with books and even have a Little Free Library right in front of my home. I am also a board member for the Pewaukee Library, too. My non-profit will be Little Free Libraries."
