We invite you to a brand new series: FUSION LAB – a space for experimentation, exchange, and playful exploration of dance. 🧪💃🕺
This is not a beginner-from-zero class, but a skillshare format: new tools, ideas, and movement qualities that you can immediately apply to your own dancing, no matter what style you come from.

👞 What to wear
No dress code – wear your favorite comfortable clothes and bring your dancing shoes 👟✨
🎧 Music
During Social our DJs will play a wide variety of music to inspire your dancing –
from electronic to acoustic, touching styles like blues, west coast swing, tango, folk, latin, and more 🎶🔥
🧪 Skillshare – what to expect?
The class will take the form of a guided discussion + practice, rather than a traditional lesson.
We ask questions, explore ideas, test them out, and dance. Soooo… think about the theme and prepare your questions!
🎯 Goal:
To add practical tools to your dance repertoire – a movement, an idea, a feeling, or a quality – that support improvisation and mixing styles.
🗣 Class theme: Call & Response
This class will explore Call & Response in two distinct ways:
🔹 Partnered Call & Response
How to control the connection between Leader and Follower so that one person’s movement clearly invites a response from the other.
This can be led physically or visually.
🔹 Musical Call & Response
How to listen for musical patterns and use your body to reflect or amplify the strongest moments in the music 🎵
👤 Expert: David Tritel
David has been dancing for over 25 years, with most of his experience in Lindy Hop, Balboa, and Blues Dance.
He has lived and taught in Poland for more than 10 years and has taught classes and workshops across the US and Europe 🌍
David is a technique-focused teacher, known for developing unique ideas that make dancing feel both comfortable and exciting.
He currently teaches in Kraków under his brand The Swing Experience.

Perhaps you like to add a little music-improvisation into your partner dance.
Maybe you know more than one dance style and are not afraid to combine and play around with them.
Or you like mixing things up and dancing to music that is unusual to your style.

On this dance floor, you’re welcome to blend techniques and ideas from different dance styles and explore what happens when they meet.
