About this Event
Learn the basics of fused glass art and take home a fused glass ring designed by you! You will learn how to cut glass using tools of the trade and create your own masterpiece. All materials are supplied.
Expect instruction, design time, and then around an hour intermission to accommodate the cooling time of the glass. You will be able to purchase drinks or food from the Dragonfly Winery and optional activities will be provided. Once the glass has cooled, you will glue your piece to a perfectly sized ring blank to take home on the night.
This is an amazing opportunity for a night out with your gal pals!
The workshop will be facilitated by Akron artist, Vanessa Lee Abraham, whose work is available for purchase at Don Drumm Studios and the Northside Marketplace. You can follow her @gazingglassstudio on Instagram.
