I'm so pleased to be offering this much anticipated and often requested opportunity to teach fused glass classes to the wonderful community of Traverse City! 18 and older, please.
This class is for September 28, 2024
2pm-4pm
Classes will be held at Up North Arts, Inc
601 Chestnut Street,
Cadillac Michigan
Please be sure that you have signed up for the appropriate class.
In this class, you will learn all about glass tools, cutting and shaping, properties of glass and most of all, we're going to have FUN!
Our project will be a 5x5 inch suncatcher, incorporating many colors of glass. I will teach you how to use each tool to cut and arrange your glass into this gorgeous design.
Class size is limited to 18 participants and will sell out fast. More classes will happen, so if you miss this one, you will have more opportunities.
You don't need to bring a thing. All tools, glass, and equipment is provided. If you'd like to bring a drink, be sure to bring it in a closed container. No food.
Wear long sleeves, and no open toed shoes.
We will create our dragonflies during the class, and I will bring them to my studio to fire them. They will be ready for you in just a few days. I will email or text you when they are ready for pickup.
You may pick them up at Hang Workshop or arrange with Karen to have them shipped directly to your home.
