Pinnacle Training Systems is partnering with WellPATH to offer Wellness Screenings for those covered under Fresno Unified School District sponsored health coverage. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
Our office location can be seen in the photo below. We are located right off of highway 41 on the south-west corner of Bullard and Fresno.
To ensure we maintain health and safety protocols, pre-registration is required. After you have scheduled your appointment on Eventbrite, please visit https://wellnessiqsystems.com to complete your Personal Wellness Assessment; this is required and must be done before the event. Pinnacle Training Systems will be performing pre-screenings at the clinic entrance, which include touch-less temperature checks and a brief verbal screening. Masks and social distancing will continue to be required.
6 Things to Know Before You Go1. Pre-registration is REQUIRED.
2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
3. Masks must be worn correctly (covering both mouth and nose) for the duration of the event.
4. Social distancing practices/signage must be followed.
5. Please do not arrive at the event until 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
6. If you have experienced any sickness, fever, or cough you may not proceed with your appointment and will need to reschedule.
