Furry Oktoberfest - Dore Alley Weekend

Anyone who has been to MFF or LVFC probably remembers fun parties at the Hofbräuhaus.

The giant 1L bier steins, German food, singing and dancing on the tables, and fursuiters getting paddled! I couldn't think of a better warm-up activity for Dore Alley so that's exactly what we are doing!

Who:

Members of the Furry Fandom (you must be in the fandom OR know Nacho & Mukian the hosts to attend. Otherwise, your ticket will not be accepted.) If unsure email us first!

You must also be 21+ and will be required to present a valid government ID

Where:

This will be hosted at Nacho & Mukian's House "Zesty Cheese Estate" in Oakland. There is plenty of parking but it is HIGHLY SUGGESTED you Uber/Lyft especially if you are planning to drink. Please make plans for a designated driver and carpool. The best BART to Uber/Lyft from is Rockridge as it is a quick highway ride. There is also a bus stop nearby.

What:

• Fursuiting (lederhosen and leather/kink gear are also HIGHLY recommended)
• Changing space provided for suiters and for babyfurs to get padded
• Outdoor Bier Garden complete with authentic tables & benches from Munich)
• 1L bier steins + kegs of German Bier (please bring cash or card to donate towards beer)
• German snacks - giant pretzels, beer cheese, etc (may order pizzas too)
• A live German Band (not guaranteed but we have a solid lead on one and are attempting to book them provided they are okay with the event and not busy)
• Furry DJ's and singalongs

Your ticket includes - entrance to the party and snacks, non-alcoholic soft drinks, and water. The bar will be run on suggested donations; please consider donating what you would pay for a good beer at a German restaurant; the kegs are not cheap. Your ticket is also used to help pay for food/drink for our volunteers. If you volunteer your ticket is free! Please email [email protected] to signup!
