This applies to most adult dogs (6 months & up), adult cats, and kittens! Special adoption prices do not apply to off-site adoption centers, like Petco. Additional fees: City of Janesville licensing, cat carrier (if not provided), leash and collar (if not provided). During this event, adopters are still required to complete a standard adoption application as if it were a normal day.
