Whether you're a serial networker or tend to steer clear of the crowd, we created Funny Business to bridge this gap across the business community. Our priority is making sure all attendees feel welcome and comfortable, as we understand how daunting networking events can be for some. We've been very deliberate in our choice of venue, schedule and capacity to create a less overwhelming environment. We're swapping the vast function rooms, noisy crowds, and smart outfits typical of other events for the relaxed ambiance of a café, games of Jenga, and a cold beer (after the race!).

We're all about creating genuine human connections before business connections, as we believe one should lead naturally into the other. If you're looking to 'hard sell' to as many people as possible, this isn't the event for you!
