Instructed by Fort Worth Magazine's Crystal Wise, we proudly present Olympian, Lindon Victor!
"Editorial photography" is a term often mis-used. The concept of creating an image for publication, is so much more than a photograph. Crystal Wise is back at the Funkytown Focus to share her experience as a skilled documentarian of people in our community, be they celebrities or, in this instance, a finely tuned athlete.
At this event, you will shoot alongside Crystal and capture images of this world-class athlete utilizing professional lighting at Lowtown Studios. The event will begin with a discussion of just what editorial photography is and what goes into visually conveying a story for publication. After this photoshoot, you will have the opportunity to submit your images for possible publication in an upcoming issue of Fort Worth Magazine!
Fort Worth resident, Lindon Victor, hails from the country of Grenada and will be competeing at the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris, this summer.
