Showcasing his latest musical explorations, before hitting the studio to record album No. 5.Over the last decade, Funke’s sound has grown and evolved alongside the musical machine he uses to create it. The tour starts in Funke’s new hometown of Durham and takes in the world music event of MusicPort Festival, Whitby and York’s punk all-dayer One For the Road, as well as some of Funke’s favourite independent venues.
The progression between records has always been vast, and Album No. 5 will continue this growth. This tour is a chance to catch the formative experiments and first airings of tracks from the new LP. Not to be missed.
