New to Secret Sunrise? It's a unique experience like nothing you've done before. Upon arrival, you'll receive headsets and be guided by facilitators to move! We blend elements of mindfulness, movement and dance. All bodies, ages, genders, and fitness levels are welcome. This is a family friendly event so bring your kids, your grandkids, your grandparents, your friends and your neighbours to connect with us!
