Discover the world of fungi and lichen with Dr Anna Voytsekhovich!Dates: 15 - 16 March 2025,

In this two day workshop you will learn all about fungi and lichens. You will explore the science and ecology of these special plant groups, and learn about where, when and how to collect specimens, and how to store them. You will have an opportunity to observe specimens under microscopes and magnifying glasses to reveal the incredible structures of these beautiful plants. With guidance from Anna, you will then create your own scientifically accurate sketches of fungi and/or lichens in graphite, and then transform these into beautiful watercolour studies.
