Blind Muse Cinema is partnering with Dr. Hoby Wedler – chemist, educator and sensory expert - introducing blind and visually impaired students to the wonders of science through hands-on, accessible, and engaging activities.
Dr. Wedler, himself an individual living with blindness, turns students’ dreams into realities by showing them their potential to follow a path they may not have felt was open to them.
Blind Muse Cinema premieres its first episode “A day in the life of Jane” in an audio-described series of video documentaries that highlight the lives of blind and low vision individuals and businesses. In addition, we will be showing a trailer of succeeding episodes with a brief introduction to the stars of those documentaries.
The premier screening event will be full of music, surprise giveaways, Facebook live like contests in addition to having Dr. Hoby Wedler Chemist and blind sensory expert walk the audience of 400 guests through a blindfolded wine tasting.
Come join the fun in this one of a kind all inclusive event to highlight the blind and low vision communities.
