We will be hosting a fundraiser for the Veterans at the 2nd Annual Celebration of Lights at Canal Place. This fundraiser is supporting veterans charities chosen by the Frostburg Elks. We will be providing face painting and glitter tattoos (depending on the weather) or hair tinsel. We will also have a meet and greet with your favorite characters. Come celebrate the start of the holiday season with us.
