It is with profound sadness that we share the loss of Jaylen, a Sophmore at Mountain Pointe High School, a gifted young football player, a beloved son, brother, and friend, whose heart was as big as his dreams.In his final act of kindness, Jaylen made the courageous decision to be an organ donor, offering the gift of life to others even in the face of his own loss.
As his family copes with this unimaginable loss, they are also facing the financial burden of funeral and memorial expenses. We’ve created this fundraiser to help alleviate some of these costs and provide support to his loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
