Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 12th for a memorable afternoon of compassion and community building as center regulars and newcomers come together to support KMC Tampa Bay's mission to serve the people of Tampa Bay and promote peace worldwide through the International Temples Project. EVERYONE is welcome!The minimum registration fee is $35, which includes a commemorative T-shirt. Participants are encouraged to collect sponsors for the event. Everyone is encouraged to share their journey with friends and family to offer them the opportunity to contribute to this noble cause.
All funds raised go to support KMC Tampa Bay's efforts to help people in Tampa Bay develop peaceful minds, increasing inner peace and thereby world peace. Funds raised will also go to the International Temples Project (ITP) established by Geshe-la with the aim of continuing to create meditation centers worldwide, places where people can develop inner peace through studying dharma and practicing meditation. The ITP serves the people of Tampa Bay and we, in turn, are part of a global community dedicated to creating world peace.
