Foundation Derbyshire offers a wide variety of funding programmes available to community and voluntary groups working across Derby and Derbyshire.
We are proud to be a local funder. Our application form is designed to be simple to use, even for those new to funding and we will support you during each step of the process.
Most of our available grants are up to £2,500 in value and usually cover a 12-month period. Our programmes will cover equipment (capital) and general running or ‘core’ costs such as rent and transport (revenue). Our programmes are open to established organisations and brand-new groups. You can apply no matter what size your income. Applications can be submitted all year round.
Foundation Derbyshire is a registered charity, independent grant maker and philanthropy hub. The money for our funding programmes is sourced from local philanthropists who set up funds within the Foundation. These families, individuals and businesses want to put back into Derbyshire communities and reach out to grassroots projects changing local lives for the better.
On the 10th July we’ll be running a funding workshop for South Derbyshire based groups. It’s a great opportunity to learn more about:
