We are conducting the Fundamentals of Yoga workshop on 27th and 28th July 2024 (Saturday and Sunday) It is mandatory for all those who wish to join the yoga classes (Offline/Online), to attend this workshop. Link to enroll for the regular classes will be provided only upon completion of this Fundamentals of Yoga Workshop(both days).

About Workshop: This workshop is designed for beginners who don’t have any prior experience in Yoga and for experienced Yoga practitioners who are interested to explore the fundamentals in greater detail. Along with an overview of Yoga, the workshop will introduce the participants to the science of body alignment, the importance of right posture, reasons for physical pain such as back pain, and a sneak peek into the practice of yoga. This workshop has a very scientific approach so as to appeal to a logical mind.

Conducted by: Shri Vinay Siddaiah, Founder of Yogavijnana
Shri Vinay Siddaiah worked as a Principal Engineer in leading MNCs such as Western Digital, Sandisk, Intel, and Wipro. After having been teaching Yoga for 11+ years along with his IT job, he has dedicated his life to spreading the science of Yoga after 12+ years in the IT industry. He is an Internationally certified Yoga teacher who has in-depth knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and philosophy. He holds a Master's degree in Yoga, an RYT-500 level certified teacher from the Yoga alliance, Level-4 certified teacher (Highest level), and a certified Yoga Therapist from the AYUSH ministry. He has been teaching Yoga since 2010 and so far has trained over 2000 students worldwide. He is also the managing trustee of Yogavijnana Foundation (80G certified NGO) which is working on spreading the Science of Yoga without any financial gains. He is currently pursuing his MTech in Heritage Science and Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad.
