What to Expect:
Throughout the training, participants will delve into the fundamentals of sound healing, including the science behind sound vibrations, the energetics of sound & energy cleansing techniques, and the art of self-healing with sound. Through hands-on experiential learning, group activities, and guided meditations, students will develop the skills and confidence to start their own self-healing journeys with sound. Additionally participants will have the option to join a signature 3 months of 1:1 continuing mentorship & coaching program with Megan virtually.
Meet Your Instructor:
Megan J. Hoeffner, M.S., ERYT 500+, Cert. Sound Healing PractitionerWith over 13 years of experience in holistic healing modalities including yoga, reiki, sound healing & plant medicine, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the training.
As a certified sound healer, facilitating for 6 years and yoga instructor teaching for 12+ years, she combines her background in physiology (body based) with her passion for sound therapy (energy based) to facilitate profound healing experiences.
Continuing Education Credits:
Upon completion of the training, participants will receive 10 hrs of continuing education for Yoga Alliance.
