These Labs are open to singles and couples and will be curated with light structure and collaboratively with those who show up.Every week is a different flavor depending on who shows up. Some weeks will be more technical and others will focus more on person to person connection.
Please arrive at 6:50 so we can get started promptly at 7:00!!
Previous experience is not required, but for absolute beginners, this short and free course is required.

Bring your own ropes (if you have them), otherwise there will be some available for class use.
This container is Body Positive, Consent-based, Self-Responsible, Clothing Optional (bottoms stay on always).
Shibari can be a pathway towards deeper connection with self and with others. It can be artistic, vulnerable, healing, playful, sensual, intimate, and sexy. All of these can be experienced in the space but are not necessarily going to be present every time.
Shibari is a dynamic practice, guided by your choices within the boundaries of mutual consent and personal limits.
The technical aspects of shibari can be very satisfying as well. There is great beauty in witnessing the creation and completion of a tie.
I am passionate about bringing people together in these collaborative containers to be with what is present. Whether this is dance, breath or shibari, I feel each has a distinct way of helping move what want and needs to move.

(“Tying partners” does not require them to be romantic/intimate partners. They could just be a friend who is also interested in tying.)
