Nordic Walking is a low-impact exercise that enhances the benefits of traditional walking by incorporating specially designed poles. It engages the entire body, improving balance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.Aimed at complete beginners, this in-depth 2hr session will teach you the fundamentals of the Nordic Walking technique, setting you up to then enjoy Nordic walks on your own or with a group. The intensity of the session will be adapted to individual needs / abilities.
