About the Instructor
Roshani Sheth is the Co-Founder and Managing Broker for Real Estate Legacy. Her firm is client and lifestyle focused. The firm guides clients, from finding unique spaces to determining local resources nearby. Clients go through a series of sessions until they are at the home search step to be best informed about the process. The client works with the same real estate broker throughout the process as part of the firm’s commitment to best represent their clients. There are no closing coordinators, assistants, or real estate team members.
Roshani has over 10 years of experience in online real estate products for consumers and businesses, bringing a high level of tech-savvy and focus on educating customers and clients. Her experiences include working for HomeFinder.com, where she specialized in property data and listing syndication across the country, Product Manager at the National Association of REALTORS, and as Real Estate Broker at @properties prior to opening up her firm in 2020. Roshani became a first time homebuyer at the age of 25. She lives in Chicago with her partner and two dogs, Honey and Diego. She is a member of the Rebuilding Exchange’s Auxiliary Board.
