Fundamentals Crash Course for Jiu-Jitsu

In this 6 weeks Crash Course for Jiu-Jitsu expect to learn all the fundamentals of this martial art. Everything from escaping bad positions to mounting offense from your back. This course is for complete beginners who want to try their hand at something new. These classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm and with the purchase of this course you will be given a training Gi, as well as a syllabus for the course. This course directly funnels into Crash Course II: Building the Basics which will expand upon the techniques taught in this course.
