Fundamental Layered Cutting

This unique course offers an elevated level of artistic inspiration and explores the “hows and whys” of haircutting. This class will explore two foundational cutting techniques, including a one-length technique and a long layered technique. A focus will also be on the proper hand and body position. Learners will gain the ability and confidence to execute these essentially timeless techniques.

***The following tools are required and WILL NOT be provided for participants.***

•All Cutting Tools

• Long Hair Mannequin Head (contact [email protected] if you'd like to purchace a mannequin head)

• Tripod

• All Styling Tools (brushes, combs, dryer, etc)

• Spray Water Bottle

• Sectioning Clips
