Fund 17 has partnered with Thrive NOLA and Propeller on our latest initiative focused on supporting the small business ecosystem, specifically in credit building and technical assistance support. Sponsored by Regions Foundations and Chase Foundation.
This January 2025, join Fund 17 for our hosted event:
- January 21st from 6pm-8pm, Lori Jackson will be facilitating the workshop: Tax Ready 2024.
- This workshop is an In-Person only event.
- Be sure to register via this Eventbrite to get the meeting link emailed after registration.
Entrepreneurs will walk away with knowledge on what the 2024 Tax Season will look like, any new updates to filing, what's the process for preparing for different forms of businesses, and general information on how they can become FILING READY to continue their journey to becoming bankable.
* 30 Entrepreneur Attendees who complete the workshop, will receive tax filing paid for by Fund 17 out the Entrepreneur Assistance Fund. (A short survey has to be completed to be eligible for selection.)
***To remove a technology barrier, we will be hosting virtual and in-person events for entrepreneurs.
Logistics/Recommendations:
- Have a laptop devices and/or tablet. Laptops highly recommended.
